dotnsquare sends all orders within the Netherlands with Track & Trace information through DPD. Once an order has been shipped you will receive an email with the Track & Trace information. Shipments within the EU and worldwide will be shipped via DPD or PostNL.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that the charges mentioned above only include door-to-door delivery; therefore non-EU customers will be responsible for import duties, local taxes and fees.
Within the Netherlands we don't charge any shipping costs for orders over €100.
When you selected the box 'pick up for free in Maastricht', we will DM or e-mail you to arrange this.
Orders are sent out within 5 working days after dotnsquare has received payment, but we often send out the package earlier. Estimated shipping times:

Worldwide: 5-7 days
By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package can get delayed, lost or damaged during delivery. In the event this should occur, its your responsibility to contact and deal with the shipping company.
In our spirit and vision, we will try to reuse shipment boxes. It is possible you will receive your item in an reused carton box. Together we reuse to reduce!
In your box, you will find your item(s) and a copy of the invoice.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return an item(s) within 14 days after receiving them, at your own expense. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
All flaws are mentioned in the item's description. Be sure to check the description before you purchase.
To be eligible for return, items must be in the exact same condition as received by the customer. We hold the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.
Please secure proper packaging for shipping. It is your responsibility that your order reaches us in good condition. We recommend retaining a proof of shipment from your postal service in case of disputes.
If you are shipping an item over 50,- you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, our suggestion is for your own benefit.
Always contact us first before making a return, Email us and mention in the title: "Return". We do not accept unsolicited returns.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after dotsquare received and inspected the items. We will refund via the payment method you communicated with us.
